Disney Dining

This page is all the information you need about the Disney Dining Plans. For those of you totally new to this, Disney World offers three different meal plans. But, I am only going to cover the first two. The third is the Deluxe, and for those of us on budgets, well, it just does not add up. I recommend NEVER going to Disney without it.  Disney dining plans are options available exclusively to Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels with Magic Your Way Packages.

Disney Quick Service Dining Plan

Disney Dining Plan (Best one)

Lets sum this up:
Quick Service gives you-
  • 2 quick service meals, this means counter service.
  • 2 snacks, these can be used for some great snacks. I have made a page just for this! See what this snack credit can get you!
  • 1 Resort refillable mug. This is a cute travel mug that you can use for unlimited refills of soft drinks and coffee at your resort.

Dining Plan gives you:
  • 1 quick service meal, this means counter service.
  • 1 Table service meal or 1 full buffet
  • 2 snacks, these can be used for some great snacks. I have made a page just for this! See what this snack credit can get you!
  • 1 Resort refillable mug. This is a cute travel mug that you can use for unlimited refills of soft drinks and coffee at your resort.
If you choose the Dining plan, you need to reserve your Table Service meals wayyyyyyy ahead of time. Brace yourselves, up to 180 days in advance. These are known as advance dining reservations, imagine that!  Trust me it is worth it! All of this pre-planning is going to pay off big time!
You will need to pay a tip every night at the table service and buffets. Budget that in so you are not surprised!

You can use your meal credits in any order you would like. For example: You can use two quick service meals one day and use two table service meals the next. I love the using the dining plan at the table service restaurants. Want that $46 dollar steak? Go ahead!  All menu entrees are covered under you dining plan!
You will get a printed receipt after every time you use your meal plan, showing how many you have left.  So, lets say you have 4 people in your party. It will show all remaining quick service, table service and snack credits.
